From Regret to Redemption: Refocusing My Goals and Dreams
Today, I attended an event featuring Wushu performers, and as I gazed at the event poster, a wave of regret washed over me. I was transported back to a decision I made six years ago when I joined an academy to learn Wushu. Now, as I looked at the poster, three individuals stood out – they were my former academy peers who had continued their journey in Wushu. However, I had chosen a different path, venturing into the world of business and technology. While I'm not dissatisfied with my current endeavors, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of sadness about leaving Wushu halfway. This incident served as a poignant reminder of the importance of not abandoning my pursuits prematurely. I've realized that unfinished ventures often lead to regrets down the road. From now on, I am committed to seeing things through, rather than quitting halfway. It's a valuable lesson I've learned, and I intend to apply it diligently.
