Depression or stress ko durr karne ke kuch tarike .
Hamara diet sahi hona chaiye.
Isiliye kabhi bhi depression or stress ka dawa lene se behtar hai ki aap .
Kuchh dino tak kahi aise jagah pe jaye jaha khula environment ho fresh hawa ho achha khana ho .
Or white chizo se dur rahe ex- sugar , salt .
Ayurveda says root of any disease is stomach in our body .
But scientist research prevention of depression or stress more on brain level and less on stomach.
To depression ya stress ho to sabse pahle hame apne stomach pe kaam karna chaiye .
